Andrea is clearly experienced - she seemed to know exactly how hard to work my problem areas without causing immense pain, spent a majority of the time focused on these areas but still was able to complete a full body treatment, and debriefed with me afterwards to help make our next session even more effective.

If you have not had a facial or a massage by Andrea, you need to. That woman can dig into your muscles and work out any knots you have and at the same time be gentle, but effective. Her facials leave your skin so soft and it is so relaxing.

Andrea is amazing! I have chronic back pain that is always there and Andrea was recommended by a friend to try and help ease the constant pain. I have gone a couple of times and she has helped to take away the "edge" and allow me to relax a little and sleep a little better as well. Thanks Andrea!

Andrea did an amazing job and on short notice!  Had a major knot in my Rhmoid major and minor which eventually went up into my Levator scapulae.  (totally looked that up)   She did a great job explaining the rhymes and reasons on what she was doing to work it out.  10/10.  Great job and I will be back.

Back in the Saddle Again
I was hurting. Years of aggressive mountain biking and heavy weight lifting had left me with some chronic pain. Pills and injections are not for me so I took a chance and called Healing Hands. To my surprise, it made me feel better after a few visits. The deep tissue work paired with the light therapy made a big difference. Now I am back to doing what I love. Riding a mountain bike on some seriously challenging trails in the Arizona desert. Thank you for getting me back to feeling like myself again. Now it is time to go for a ride!
